I missed this last one.

Timely post. I was wondering the same thing.

This Saturday 9/10?

I can do this Saturday.

Next Saturday is ACL weekend and I also have family coming in because its my kids 1st bday.

But whatever works best for the majority.

I'm out both of the next two Saturdays, heading north for a week in the mountains. Wish I could join since it's starting to cool off a little but duty calls. Will make Rudy's at the end of the month.

Swap meet this weekend, won't make it again, besides, I still need to get my 40 inspected. Next weekend, I need to go pick up a motor, so I'm out then also.

Coaching soccer, im out.

I'm out...unexpected trip to Kentucky

Well ... the turnout last Saturday was pretty light to say the least with ACL and all going on :frown: MMW, ATX and I held down the pavement and talked Cruisers for a few hours before it got hot.

On a brighter note, I walked over to the new Zinger Hardware just to check it out before I left. While I was looking around I noticed the front clip of a special edition Lotus Elise (Jim Clark Type 25) hanging on the wall. I struck up a conversation with the guy behind the counter about it, and it turns out he was the owner and it was the hood off of his car hanging on the wall (after replacement due to accident).

Needless to say he's a car guy, and has offered for us to line the Cruisers up out front and hang out on his shaded stone patio for the next Cruisers & Coffee :)

Tucker, that was probably Mike Ferweda, the owner. He is a car guy, and he particularly loves old vintage rides. Most of the hardware on my 40 came from the original Zinger on Anderson Lane, purchased a few bolts at a time. Mike has inspected the old rustbucket several times and even invited me to park it in a reserved spot by the front door of his store. He says that unusual vehicles like the 40 attract gawkers, who then wander inside and spend money. A parking lot full of Cruisers should lure lots of Central Market shoppers over to his new store.

Yeah, Mike is a great guy. He puts together the F1 viewing parties each month at Cool River Cafe.

Maybe we are now talking Cruisers and Zingers, I will bring the Bailies to go with the coffee. On a nice day this thing could last all day long.
