wheelin at Butcher Jones/Cove one

Went 4 wheeling with a group of Toyota enthusiasts from work last weekend at Butcher jones/cove 1. A couple of pictures. I represented the LC model - there where mostly pickups and a straight axle '94 4runner. We had one flop but was able to pull it over, reseat the tire and continue on to cove 1 and some lunch/climbing the big hill. Most everyone had front and rear lockers in the group.

It was a guy who used to work for me and a friend of those who still do. young and full of vinegar....He got on the throttle a little too much trying to get past a sticking point on a off camber climb and lost it. As soon as we found out he was ok, the group mercilessly razzed him for a good while.

You will like it out there. You have both the water feature to splash around with the girlfriend and many trails for wheeling. There will be plenty of other wheelers out there so no worries if you head back in.
