Wheel Well Paint

Looking to paint my wheel wells black again. The undercoat looks pretty faded. Any recommendations on food paint. I saw 3m has an undercoat, but not sure if I want to layer on another coat of rubber.

i used the rubberized spray cans.

I used this on some areas and really like it. Works a lot better when it's warm/hot outside.
