I'm planning on fitting the lift components I have to the hundy out at my Dad's property where he has a hoist.

Up front I'll be fitting a drop diff kit (the brand is 'Superior'), replacing the torsion bars with OME ones, and fitting JT's UCA's.

Down the back, not that it will worry the wheel alignment too much i dont think, Im fitting Heavy Duty adjustable control arms, upper and lower, and adjustable panhard rod and 2" lifted springs. The only reason I'm fitting all this is because I had it left over from my last car, which was a 4" lifted 105 series.

I'm just wondering how badly the wheel alignment will be affected as I'll have to drive about 300km's to get back to town and the closest Wheel alignment machine. Does it get affected at all?

my alignment was way out of whack after the lift and adjustment on the torsion bars.

Slee recommended it and the alignment shop validated it was a good idea based on the results

You'll be ok for 300km, but you'll want to get an alignment done when you get back. Any time you lift an IFS vehicle you're inducing negative camber, which will wear the outsides of the tires if left alone. With the new UCA's you'll probably be able to get it corrected to, or near to, OEM specs. For those of us with stock UCA's its not as easy to get the specs dead on.

Your alignment will be screwed of course, but a few hundred ks is fine.
May as well make sure your rack ends are 100% before getting an alignment, too.
When you get your alignment done, before you drive away, eyeball the UCA bushes.
Despite assuring me they could handle a lifted 100srs, the muppets that alligned mine the first time after I put in the Total Chaos UCAs, were detemined to get the specs to what the book (computer) told them. This ment they cranked the front cam all the way out and the rear in, to chase bugger all extra caster,(the car was empty so the rear was sitting high) and the bushes looked like they were going to spit out.
I hope youve got some nice long shocks to go with your new UCAs, as your shock will be the limit on your front drop, not the UCA hitting the chassis.
Whos doing your alignment in Rocky and what height are you going for on the front?
Cheers
Matt

matt,
I was planning on levelling the front out with how the back sits with the 2" springs, I'll have some kings coming shortly after the uca's are on so the shock lengths will be good :) I've got some 35's to go on so I'll get it as high as I need to so they don't scrub. The inside of my guards are getting cut out this wednesday to help with that.

I was planning on getting the old fella at Rockhampton Steering services to do the alignment for me as I know a few people who have said he is spot on.
