Thank you @turbo8 I placed an order and request longer bolts to fit my IM4x4 bumper.
Had time to install them today. This is the best solution I’ve seen for IM bumper on a 200 series. Thanks again for the help.

Can anyone post a link to the ARB install video mentioned in this thread? I've searched but must be missing it.

My bumper got delivered yesterday and I'm prepping for install.

I think this is the one

I may have already posted elsewhere but I couldn’t find it. I’m going to attach some pics of measurements for my install on a 2011 lx570.

It may not be clear in the photos but there will be some “overhang” of the bumper plastic over the ironman bumper if you run it as high and tight as possible (which I did)…the lx570 nose is pointy.

An air saw cuts through the plastic like butter. You can also use a very sharp utility knife for fine work…just score the plastic and then score it again and again til you have your line you like (like filleting the meat off the backbone of a fish/deer if you’ve ever done that)…then penetrate the plastic and carefully pull the knife along the line you cut and dug. Do it right and you don’t even need the bubble trim.

Most of our cuts were done taping, air sawing, and then air sanding the lip.

Look closely at these measurements…in hindsight I see I sometimes had the tape measure pulled against the plastic…and sometimes to the bumper…while not consistent, hopefully they’re still of some utility as a guide.

This one includes the manner in which you can remove a small bit of material near the recovery points on the bumper in order to utilize arb style recovery points (or perhaps others).

In the third photo you can sort of see where we used a very sharp knife (a sharpened paint scraper actually) to carefully cut the plastic around the upward external “supports” of the bumper..very minimal removal best done with the bumper on the vehicle.

I wish they'd sell #11 by itself.
If there is enough interest, I can get some made. I would need someone to get me dimensions and material properties though.

You can use this as a template and put in the correct dimensions.

If you make a set I am in. I have an older Trail Tailor bumper which didn’t use a second attachment point. 80k miles and going strong but Id feel better if I had the second mounting point pulling the bumper into the frame rather than just the 4 bolts on the frame horn

I'm three weeks out from install and could mail you mine if that would help and you mailed it back before i get started. DM me the address if you'd like me to send it.

I asked someone for dimensions of the ARB ones and he did a great job with pictures and dimensions. Post number 12 of the thread.

I'm installing this bumper on a 2015 LX and can't figure out where this goes. Can anyone gelp me out?

It slots into the frame rails and is the nut for a big ass bolt that goes through the frame horns.

Thank you. The big ass bolt comment helped me out big time. The holes in my frame rail were plugged with plastic clips so I couldn't find the rectangular holes. Mine looked loked this

As opposed to this in the instructions

Was a long day but I got it on. Still have some trimming to do so haven't added the pinch weld and I need to wire up the fogs and put on the skids. I had my wife help lift the bull bar on the car and i threw in some screws so it wouldn't slip off but otherwise did it all myself. Instructions were damn near useless.

It sticks out close to an inch farther on the passenger side. Must have shifted when I was tightening things up. Only noticeable when looking at the gap up close. Trying to decide whether I should readjust and redrill pins or just leave it.
