What's that 'goose' noise in my cruiser? (1 Viewer)

Every now and then, I hear a higher pitched sound that sounds like a goose coming from somewhere near the passenger side dash/door area. It only happens once evry 100kms or something so it's really strange.

I normally run my aircon and I'm guessing it has something to do with that.
Any ideas?
