What's my rig worth?

The sad day has come for my 78. I was on the exit ramp from the highway and she stalled out, I looked at instrument panel and watched the temp go from 3/4 to max. I pulled it off the road and called a buddy. 3 hours later I came back and put water in and she fired right up. 5 min down the road came a knocking... I didn't realize I had blown my head gasket, or that I had a stuck thermostat in the first place..

Oh well it has given me the itch to get my 69 back on the road.

So its not much to speak for but I need every penny I can get to put in to the 69.. So any help on a value or and offers are welcome...

Problems:

1. Blown engine
2. Not original tub (see pics)
3. Cut cross member (see pics)
4. Rust and dents
5. Need nose cone shift fork rebuild (hard getting in/out of 4wd)

Not incluided:

1. Tires
2. Front bumper
3. Most engine accessories
4. Tow hitch
5. Speakers
6. Tuffy consol

The good: uh...

1. Front disc breaks
2. New diffential
3. Tranny is smooth and transfer shifts from high to low real nice
4. Uh... the hoods good, oh and the roll bar...
