What's a '93 worth?

I'm in a position to buy my old pickup back from a friend.

1993, Xtra Cab, V6, 5-speed, 120K, good condition. Haven't seen it in a while though.

Wheels are rusted to hell, but the BFG ATs have some life left in them.

KBB stated $4100, but that seemed high.

when and if i sell my 89, i want at least 4K out of it.
it is professionally modified, and such, so its worth it.
i would expect the one you are trying to get to be in very good shape too.
but you live in NYC,
so chances of the lovley east coast death rot is most likley already begun.
