Did you modify your kings for even more down travel?I love them. Third Toyota truck I've run Camburg upper arms on. 100% satisfied. Silent, smooth, greasable.
While the SPC may be more adjustable for fine tuning alignments on the upper joint, that's the ONLY place where it excels. The rest of this post is nonsense. Poly bushings have been used for quite some time without problems. Mine are silent, been running for over 30k now, are beefier than stock, and allow increased down travel when paired with my King setup. I couldn't be happier.
While a case could be made for jumping sand dunes, that is merely a red herring in this conversation. They may be an overkill for a mall cruiser, so I can see the reluctance. A simple search on here will also yield problems with SPC arms. No product will ever be perfect 100% of the time in 100% of the applications.
By and large, the old saying of "race truck parts make race truck sounds" is pretty old thinking.
