I pulled this motor out of our 2006 after it was seriously overheated. Most cylinders have 0 compression some have 60psi. I purchased a replacement off of eBay and sent the car on it's way. Loved the car but decided that my wife isn't mechanically inclined enough to have a car with this many miles and age. Plus we have 3 80 series in the family and that's really my jam. So the question is what do I do with this motor does it have any monitory value or should I just take it to the recycling center?

not sure where you are located
someone in Denver? was looking for a junk engine to mock up some stuff
donate to a local votec or high school auto shop program?
go to a recycler

I'm in the Austin, TX area. Donating to a school is a good idea hadn't thought of that.

...if you can find a school that still has an auto shop curriculum.

I would remove the plastic VVT-I intake manifold and sell that. It's relatively lightweight and so easy to ship.

Cause of overheating?

My money on heater tees

Vipergrhd is the winner!!! Split radiator, and son's first drive after getting his learner's permit. The drive home wasn't sketchy at all.

Or split radiator.
This is exactly what killed the original 2UZ that was in my LX when I bought it at an auction - previous owner had the radiator split open on them & killed the engine.

I guess we have the same project then, I bought a 2004 with 212k on it the couple that owned it was coming back from Santa Cruz and wasn't able to pull over right away and when I inspected it the bottom of the radiator was split open. The cylinder walls was scored and hardly any compression.
To the OP I would pull the heads and maybe have it pressure tested and inspected I think it's worth some money if it survived, also post it on CL and MP you never know if someone is looking for cores. Just my 2 pennies.

FWIW, I've got a brand-new block sitting here in my garage... If you're anywhere near southern Indiana, it's yours! 🤣 Got it from the same place I got my complete 0 mile 2UZ from a tech school.

Thanks for the offer man, is that a bare bone block or with crank and pistons? I already bought a complete engine from a local yard even came with the harness out of a 2002 Sequoia with 185k and I was able to verify the VIN engine is clean inside who ever owned it was religious at changing oil.

This one is just an absolutely bare block - no crank, no pistons. Definitely a project for sure! Have no idea what to do with it...
