What to do with these center bores?

Just installed new SCS F5 rims on my 100 series LX and I love the way they look. Running new Falken Rubitrek ATs 265/70 with them.

Curious to hear what others have done with the center bores here? I was planning on polishing them down and painting them black but open to other suggestions!

Hey these look like 18’s? I’m just curious if the wheels poke out from the fenders? I’m considering these wheels but don’t want to rifle rocks down the side of the vehicle ha.
