At some point in time I think somebody turned a 4 year old loose w a welder in my 72. Right side here is good, need to replace left because of awful weld. What is this called? Bottom part

Actually, that may be a cover. Prob, not the tack welded part.

The upper part is: 56457-60010 BRACKET, WINDSHIELD CATCH, UPPER

Cant find lower aprt. Since I'm guessing it's considered part of the dash.
