What is the weight rating for the OEM bottle jack?

thats only 330lbs accroding to google. I thought the 4 ton bottle jack that I got from HF would be to small

The bigger question is 'what is the maximum extended height of the OEM bottle jack'? Maybe if there was a saddle for it so that it could hold the LCA or rear axle it would be more useful on a lifted truck.

The OEM bottle jack is probably only good for one thing...changing a flat.
No, the oem bottlejack is awesome possum.
Because:
1. its small and light so you always keep it with you.
2. Ease of use.
3. 1500kg is enough to lift any 100 in one end at a time.
4. its not hydraulic, which in turn means it will work fine in any position (upside down, horizontally etc.)
5. It is also awesome for other lifting/pressing/moving operations around the house/yard/garage/at sea/ etc.

Basically its a mini high-lift....
