With respect to Japan market models, the VX is a cloth interior, plain door cards, basic carpet interior. The VD LTD has the nicer microsuede interior, fancy door cards, plush carpet, center console cooler, and probably a few other odds and ends.

I've owned 3 HDJ81's, but they have all been VX LTD's, I THINK all Japan market 80's were full time AWD, but if they used the "VX" and VX LTD" trim's in other markets as well as Japan, then anything is possible with respect to part time/full time hardware.

I see you're in Pakistan, are you inquiring about Japan market trucks, or Pakistan area trucks specifically?

Yes I’m based in Pakistan. All we get here are Jdm models. Mostly diesel. For 80 series it’s mostly . 1hdt or 1hdft. Previously I owned a 94 hdj 81 1hdft which was a vx limited. Center console cooler and full time 4wd. I’ve recently purchased a 80 series 96 model with a 1fzfe. It has everything but a Center console cooler and a vx limited badge. When I engage LO my abs light turns on and cdl turns on too

That sounds like it's wired up like the NA models, shifting to low range automatically locks the CDL (I'm guessing you don't have a CDL dash switch then?), it's normal for the ABS light to come on when shifting to low range, but I'm not sure if it's tied to low range or locking the CDL, my trucks haven't had ABS.

You can add a dash switch for CDL easily (wiring will be there, just add the switch and pop out the dash blank), and do the pin 7 mod to allow CDL operation independently of low range, and it will operate the way you're used to from your old truck.
