For our trucks or life in general, this question has been on my mind. When outfitting our trucks or whatever else what is that one or two things that most if not all of us may need but don't have? Could be luxury type stuff, or recovery, survival stuff. What have you overlooked before?

My most valuable items to date have been my tow strap, shackles, and just good tires (currently running BFG AT K02s). It all highly depends what you use your Cruiser for, but no matter what I think a tow strap and shackles are something everyone should have. I've pulled more cars out of things stuck on the road with them than offroad since this winter was so bad.

Pick any that apply:

  • Solid Front Axle
  • Front recovery points from the factory
  • 25mpg
  • Turbo Diesel V-8 from the factory
  • Dual Sun Roofs
  • Turbo's
  • Front and Rear Lockers
  • Full Metal skid plates.

Flux Capacitor

I wish my caliper pins weren't seized into the calipers.

I wish mine had more room behind the third row so I wouldn't have to consider buying a Tree to replace it.

I wish it had a little more passing power.

I wish it had slightly better MPG.

I wish it had a slightly larger fuel tank.

I sometimes wish it were lighter when off-roading.

Slightly? lolol, don't you mean a lot?

Inline 4 cylinder diesel, solid front axle, front and rear lockers, 25 mpg, awd/2wd switch, easier to program keys, timing belts that dont wear out, ....

I would settle for CV axle boots that didn't rip.... somebody needs to make a better boot !

I've often wished for a hood mounted mini-gun but then traffic gets the best of me sometimes.

My favorite never want to go without it cargo that I don't really need:

Makita LXT 1/2" Hight Torque Impact Wrench XWT04Z or something..

Really speeds up and eases work on trail repairs (or a home), great for lugs, drivelines, skid-plates... most of the real work when isolating a 100 front diff for example.
