What is "Remove Wheel Check Steering Operation" ???

With my recent purchase of a 2002 Lexus LX470 one of the Service Documents
has on it "REMOVE WHEEL CHECK STEERING OPERATION". What does this mean?

The Tech removed a wheel and checked steering operation. I don't think there is any hidden meaning in the tech's comments.

It was a receipt the previous owner gave me. Looks like it was for a minor service at an
independent Lexus service center.
