I found a clean southwestern 2000 100 series with 114k miles. No rear locker. Original owner no accidents, clean Carfax few light scuffs on bumpers clear coat still reflects. Good looking truck. They are asking 13,500 for it. Is this to high?

I paid $16,500 for my 2006 LX with 136xxx miles back in January. I expect that I could sell it today for at least what I paid for it. The market has gone up for sure.
I ended-up with a one owner 04 LX from Florida with clean undercarriage and good maintenace history, but it needed full brakes all around (F/R rotors/pads and R calipers) and recommended replacement of one CV axle soon.
After having shop do new brakes all-around, new OEM CV axle and fresh oil I was just under 10K.
What is the mileage at the time of purchase?
where did you end up finding that? that’s basically everything I’ve been looking for in a 100 series since January- 06+, around 150k miles, and priced around mid to upper teens.
She looks good flexing up. Do you flex her up at red lights? I do-jejejejI got lucky, honestly. I found it at a small dealer in South Carolina - the kind people warn you about. Like you, I had been searching diligently for months. It popped up on CarGurus, and I immediately reached out for more info. First, it was a trade in. It was serviced every 5k miles at a Lexus dealership since it was originally sold, and I found those records on the Lexus site. Previous two owners took care of every little thing that came up. It had new CV's, new brake pads and rotors, new Michelin tires, new fuel pump, etc. I haven't had to do anything to it since buying, except to base line the AHC, new heater T's, change the oil and rotate tires. I also replaced the rear springs, although that was preventative.
My guess is the dealer stole it on the trade in, and had it priced to move. Like I said, I think I got lucky.

Looking for some community advice here... Currently evaluating buying a clean 2006 LX 470 with ~100k miles on it, southern car with no rust and will probably end up settling at $22.5k for the vehicle. All scheduled maintenance has been performed up to 80k miles but probably needs the timing belt and water pump done. Thoughts on the price?
That price is right for a clean one. Probably needs PDR, new front seat bottom, timing belt at that age and mile point but for less than $25k you have a fantastic vehicle to drive and enjoy for years to come. I think even with 150k miles in rust free nice condition you are looking at high teens to low 20's now.Seems consistent with the market right now. If it were my money I’d buy a LX570 with 200K miles with that budget.
If you really value the low miles and are set on the 470 then jump on it.

Yes, I always wonder if they get snatched up by others who watch for these. If you posted the link to the car here, it’d probably be gone before 14:30.
Thanks for the input. Made the deal today and brought home my first 100 series. That price is right for a clean one.
