so just a few days ago, in an attempt to be helpful to another MUDder, I look up a part by number and search on the interwebs for a picture I can post to answer his questions in a MUD thread - I click the link to Amazon, and BAM: the part is listed for an incredible discount off the OEM price - seller is Aisin, shipping is free - can this be REAL ? someone made a mistake ?

almost reflexively, I immediately hit the button to order all 6 available - I mean, what's the worst that could happen ? they pull the order and refund the money ?

but amazingly, over the past two days, these things are showing up at my doorstep one by one . . . each box is labeled AISIN Seiki Co., Japan - and contains exactly the part described

I have to admit that after the excitement of the hunt, I forgot to post my answer to the OP's thread afterall

D_Web was the closest and got the prize:

a finned radiator fan

they cost me a whopping $7.97 each - unbelievable

fits the 2F, 3F, 3FE, 80 series (particularly desirable if supercharged) - probably others, but I can't vouch for that

BTW, according to the interwebs, "yellow dot" seems to be a Nissan thing
