Was looking around for places for some switches and took this down. The back side has a panel screwed in here. Looks like some sort of option might have been offered? Any body have the knowledge I seek?

Mine has the computer/HomeLink transmitter here... outside temp, compass, MPG, DTE, etc.
My fuel gauge doesn’t always work, but my miles to empty always works here.
