Like title says:

I have a ‘12 Crew / 4dr cabin & it’s got a moonroof.

I noticed just after a good scrubbing that the cabin in the RR has water in the carpet.

— Is this indication of me needing to run a pipe cleaner / similar— down the moonroof drains, or was I just too crazy scrubbing the RR window gasket / glass when I scrubbed the truck ~mo. back?

Is there a weak spot / sunroof drains anyone has seen before?

I may have just used the pressure washer too much unless someone else has done the same & figured out the solution.

I’d run about 18” of trimmer line down the drains. GENTLY. Then rinse with a cup of warm water.

I just did this on my LX. The drains let out onto the ground just behind the front wheels.

I get you - in fact, your 200 :::might share::: -the same drains since I’m the Crewmax / upper roof must be similar—— ????

— can you link me your drains as I bet the 200 series cab is like a Tundra crewcab? —

If we can verify yours & mine are same, that would save a lot of work for others.

The process I outlined above is not specific to 570s. If you’re worried you’re gonna mess it up, search YouTube for tundra sunroof drains.

Thanks, I’ll be doing a deep clean once I finally have time to make a soap solution & go further than when the FZJ80 (had 3, so I knew their drains like crazy)

——— But yeah, I would bet that a Sunroof’ed Crewmax Tundra is the same as the RR drains of a 200 series.
Thanks for the link, I bought some cheap ‘Zon sunroof brush & plan to do both the 80 & the truck - way better than the old Weedeater line we used mucho times.

Betting on sunroof drains - big picture.

I just had my “Headache Rack” - off & had really cleaned the cabin RR glass area - so wasn’t sure if it was me w/ the pressure washer on the RR glass (It drops all the way on Crewmax cabins) - or if it was sunroof drains.

Betting on dem sunroof drains.
