Spent the week changing the gears and u joints in my 60. Had planned on more stuff, but hit a few snags. Also put new tires on, 33’s, up from 31’s. Thanks for the gears David .

Got out and really enjoyed that great mountain weather. Stumbled across a little treasure growing right in the camp site as well.

Ready for the dark mall parking lots. The Amazon cheapos came off, and Stedi went on. Really happy with the build quality and details of these. Oh, and they are bright.

Replaced the plugs, coil packs and ignition wires on wife's 4R. These 5VZ engines are weird - 3 coil packs for six cylinders :alien:. You know, so when a coil pack goes bad, 2 cylinders are down.

On Dig-Dug, I replaced a few coolant bypass lines that split off the water pump assembly into various holes - 2 going into my newly installed throttle body were leaking badly. I guess they didn't like being manhandled when I replaced the TB at the time. Another small hose goes to the plenum. These are things I should have done when I did the valve cover gaskets a few months back. Because they are a real pain to get to when all that stuff is reassembled.

The big one under the pump here is too hard to get to without removing the water pump assembly, so I am just going to wait on this one. It's not leaking like the ones connect to the TB were. So going to let that sleeping dragon lie.

Also had leaky schrader valves on my AC lines. This machine is da bomb. Recovers, recycles and recharges with minimal new refrigerant.

Winch, bumper, rear locker, and snorkel added. Say what you want about usefulness but it runs noticeably better with the snorkel. I am off to Windrock this weekend for my bachelor party to see what this thing can do.

Got a used Warn from my Uncle, mounted to ARB bumper, installed on the 80, put on an offset fairlead, some synthetic line, and mounted lights. I have 2 sets of lights, threw them both on to see what it would look like. Feel free to comment whether I should keep all 4 or not. The Hella’s are HID and I still need to hook up to see how bright they are. Bought from someone on FB MP a while back.
