What the.. rear speakers are tiny itsy bitsy spider. All the speakers are blown, sounded horrible. Front speakers installed. This video shows how you can use spacers for the front ones. Pork Audio. I may trim out the metals in the rear doors to make these fit. They kinda look nice. Probably paint the silver covers. Oh by the way, I was having this buzzing/whining noise out of the speakers. I just disconnected the speakers amplifier or you can unplug the connector plugs.

My truck is being built as my hunting rig. One problem I have seen is no light in the back cargo area, and even though there are the 3 dome lights, they really don’t do much for the very back. I could just imagine trying to get all my turkey gear organized at 4:00am in pitch black trying to use a head lamp. It would be a mess.

I didn’t want to screw around with wiring under the headliner and going through a big pain, so I bought a few LED light bars from Amazon and decided to keep this one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CZNGJ9RV?tag=ihco-20

It was on sale for $27- the magnets were quite strong and mounted right up on the back angle of the “ceiling”, and it’s a stick it up and go option. Rechargeable - USBC and has 3 intensities. Also works as a power bank if you need it. Definitely fixed my problem for cheap.

I installed the TEQ Offroad under hood lights. Well worth it!

Got mine installed this weekend. Cool, fast and easy mod.

Now I need something similar for the rear hatch area. When I’m camping I’m always needing light back there when I’m cooking or getting gear out of my rig/drawers.

I might actually buy another of the hood ones from TEQ Offroad and just use it for the rear hatch and wire it into my rear quarter panel area.

For the price it’s hard to beat. Would cost me more to assemble a light, wiring, loom, fuse, pin, switch separately on my own.

Went back and forth on whether to post this but a box truck driver decided the turn he missed was more important than the safety of those around them, drove me straight into a pole. Had I been in our Passat I doubt I would be typing this. Cuts, bruises, and tons of soreness but glad to be here.
