I bought this rig in August of 2024 from Erich (@RS6tofj80) here on mud. He had already done quite the build on the rig (details below) and it was in pretty good shape. Erich also had all his paperwork and receipts for everything he had done to the ride. My son and I flew to Virginia to pick it up and we drove it home to Utah in two days, spending a couple of uncomfortable but memorable nights in the rig. :D

Along the ride home we had plenty of time to notice quirks and things about the cruiser that I wanted to address, so I made a list and have been busy ever since.

Since August 2024 I've made quite a few changes and want to document it here for several reasons.

I'm also about to start my @Cruisers and Co turbo install, and I will document that here in this thread as well. This will be a stage 2 intercooled installation.

Here's a pic of the rig how it looked when I bought it.

I would mod the fan clutch oil to 15k. What gearings does it have? Turbo runs happy with 4:10

Beautiful man!!

Tracking !! so excited to see the vision for the Pep she deserved come to fruition ! look forward to current pics too - I know you've loved on her hard and refined a few things that weren't optimal along the way .....

close to 350-380 Hp in her is going to be a hoot.....

The cruiser sits on 35’s and stock gears. I did order a blue fan clutch to install during the turbo project.

I just ordered the Stage 2 standalone ECU from @Cruisers and Co yesterday along with a few other goodies. Right now I’m trying to figure out gauge options and where to place them.

Ive seen some great gauge threads on here before… trying to find them now.

I just ordered the stage 2 kit parts I was missing so we can really push some boost. It’s gonna be stupid. Haha

haha - I'm thinking it might be north of stupid .... might want some adjustable shock to tightener her up when you are road bound.... and then loosen it all up offroad... I ran ADS's on one of the 80's and they were great and I think they do an adjuster now... or Kings....
what HP does Stage 2 get you to ?

With the A343 around 360 hp & 480 ftlbs at the wheels.

Redoing suspension down the road for sure. I like the idea of adjustable!
