its just not put together yet. I got new glass cut for them.

I didn't even know those came apart. Today, I painted the white portion of the cab and may have gotten some over spray on the bed. Also drilled holes in the new rear sill for the body mounts. Have a lot of cutting and trimming to do tomorrow.

Got all my lights working and made a simple bracket to mount my license plate and light. The driver's side reverse light is still flaky as it will turn off if it gets shaken too much, too much corrosion in there.

Made up block off plates for my square tubing. Was welding them on and then noticed that my welding gun was smoking. Turns out there was some sort of internal short and the plastic was burning when I tried to weld. Also, got allllll my lights working, put the headlight bezels on and started to put the front grill on, but I only had one good bolt for it.

Finished welding up my rear sill. Cleaned and primed it too. Plus, took off the rear lights and prepped that area for paint so I can at least get it weather resistant back there, but it started raining.

Figured it was time when people knew what part of town I was driving thru.

Got the rear sill welded in. Will have to wait and paint it tomorrow. It's not perfect by any means but it will do for now.

I just bought the pieces for the tailgate glass run and they made my window worse. They are to darn rubbery, they grab the glass and made me ruin the motor before I yanked them out. Went back to my old crusty ones and threw my spare motor in and it works ok again... Just giving you a heads up on those pieces, I can't speak for anything else as I haven't used it.

Worked with por putty for the first time today. I like it, it's easier to work with than JB weld because it's not as runny. It's much more like plado. Although, I wonder about it's paintability.
