Super easy fix, after I sat down and thunk on it I deduced it had to be the hi-beam switch. Took a closer look at it and fiddled with it and figgered it was just a poor connection in the low-beam position. Put an emery board in between the contacts and polished them up a bit, re-arched that little springy thing a bit and it works again. Even put some leftover lightbulb grease in the general area just for good luck.then tried the lightswitch and my lowbeams don't work.
