First rainstorm since the repair and the truck is dry. Looks like it’s actually finally over.
For those wondering if the fender has to come off, the repair is visible from inside the engine bay, but I don’t think it’s fixable without removing the fender.
I looked at the other side, there isn’t any sealant factory or otherwise on the inside seam like that. I think the tech brought the bead down a little to improve coverage and make sure it stuck. The factory sealant is on the other side.
