Copy that you guys. If I go it'll be a full rig. As long as you guys are all there to rescue me if I get stuck....remember I have that winch now too. I've never eaten an oyster before. What's it like??

PS...........what's the approximate round trip mileage from Medford there and back??

A tongue that has been rolled around on the beach in the waves, then someone with a really bad cold hawked snot all over it.

You gotta try it at least once.

About 100 miles each way.

That what I thought too, about 100miles each way from here. It's a nice drive (scenic, no sarcastic)

Wow, ...............I can't wait to say I'm among the set of people who can describe that from first hand experience!! Do you see that description printed on menus at fancy seafood joints??

I will be over to the claim sometime this month to see what the conditions are like... There's no snow, so the creek crossing can't be that bad..... Hahahahaha!!! :D

Yes, it's the South Russian drainage leading into the Salmon River outside of Etna.

Everyone should come!!! :D

I suppose a trip across that river would be good for washing out all the mud stuck in the back bumper before we get inspected for McGrew Huh?:meh:

We are OUT. Just spent 5 days in bed and over $400 I had saved for McGrew and other stuff on Dr. visits and medicine so it's back to square one for us. Have a safe trip.

Well guys,,,it's been a while and the time is near. I'm still planning on being there. Who else is gong to make it to the claim.
Will be bringing a better chain saw then my little toy cordless this time and more of that barbique pork jerky and my "easy-up" canopy.

I still should be good to go! Was hoping to take Ryder, but got another ear infection, so off to the specialists.... we'll see.

More and better pics this trip, including the river crossing.

I think I'm in for the weekend since I bailed on Moab, might be in the tundra. Not sure about what vehicle will be going yet. More to follow.
