I went with the Georgia Cruisers to Dawsonville GA at some guys amazing offroad park he owns and wheeled on it yesterday. It was a fun and tough course but what really made it tough for me, Bailey, and Steve was the tightness of these trails. Both me and Bailey ripped off our right rear fender flares. So my question is should I wait and let the trees rip them all off, cause I sure as hell aint replacing them, or should
I take them off myself and how? Will the truck still be legal with the little tire that comes outside of it? Because I have heard some really strange claims out in the ATL where people get busted for weird stuff like that.

No, young Jedi...

I'll be down there in ATL...ask Bailey...we're comin' over to sack your cruiser and steal your stuff!!!

Just bustin your chops...I'm on my way down and I'm meeting up with Bailey and we might stop by to say hello...since you live around the corner from Bailey.

Later.

Well....
if you let nature take them off for you, it'll be easier for you -- i.e. no work on your part.
if you take them off yourself...and if you do it carefully, you can sell them in the classified section. This would do 2 things - help out a fellow cruiserhead who needs a flare and earn a bit of cash for you (since I know you're saving up for tires and other mods ;) )

Removal shouldn't be too difficult. Most are metal clips, but you have some metal bolt/clip deals. For the fronts, you should be able to spot the nuts holding the bolts on if you look from the inside of your engine compartment. IIRC, it's either a 10mm or 12mm nut. Remove these and you should be able to gentle slide the flare off the remaining plastic clips. Gently slide it off -- you don't want to break the tabs on the inside of the flare.

The rears come off similarly, but you access the nuts from behind the plastic cover in the cargo area. I'm drawing a blank on the flare sections on the doors for some reason, but I don't think they're held on by metal clips -- just the plastic ones IIRC.

Not quite Jedi class yet...

Padwa might be more appropriate :D

And Jar Jar would be most accurate. :flipoff2:

Dude take it from somone that had one RIPPED off. The sheet metal reacts a lot better to a wrench.

You should go see David Dearborn at Urban Land Cruisers. He'll fix you up! :D

Dude, about 4 people told you yesterday, you are more likely to fawk s*** up if you leave them on to later be ripped off, however,
it will look like crap unless you do something where the flares were.

No your tires will not stick out far enough to get the police to pull you over without the flares.

Although, chances are, you won't rip another one off for awhile, the trails were tight, but you ripped one off because of a driver error, the other just being careless. I ripped mine off because I was a dip**** and thought I would give it a go without airing down, and slid off a rock. :censor:

BTW- your hilift is fixed. Took me all of 5 minutes. You can have it back if you want, but I have no problems keeping it. :flipoff2:
