Seems like forever, but the paint is on. Rescue Green Metallic. Painted in my 2 car garage, unfiltered ventalation, Black Epoxy Primer and Urethane metallic paint. Wow what a trip it's been! It's is a wild color, a somewhat military mossy olive green, only glossy with metallic features. Yes I have a few runs, couple of flat spots but I love it and considering the horrendous conditions I had to paint in, I consider it a done deal! Yes there is a psychedelic element to it ...The metallic runs look like it is melting but with the two coats of black epoxy primer and 3 moderately heavy coats of the paint It is one well protected sealed Cruiser body. As I have owned this unit for the last 36+ years and as I proclaimed previously this LC will never be for sale. It's no trailer queen and is a joy to drive. After reassembly is complete I will post pics.
