Anyone know the shipping weight of a 4 speed tranny and split transfer case?

had a 4 speed h41 tranny shipped without the top cover at around 135 lbs. top cover is another ten or so. my non split transfer case weight is around 90 lbs. hope that helps

Very roughly--The tranny is about 100 pounds. The t-case is about 75. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I really cannot lift the tranny and t-case unit, but sepatately, I can lift them both, so I think the numbers are pretty good. The package together is very awkward, which makes lifting even harder.

seperate them then they can go ups tranny boxed for shipping weighs 145 and t case about 90 otherwise they will have to go another route. good luck
