I wanted to get this 1977 Original Paint HJ45 on Mud before I list it on other sites. It is an original survivor here in Costa Rica. It has the dual battery option, factory booster, factory power steering, OEM steelies and will install the original Correct bezel. Other than that this is rare find here. Most of these trucks were abused their whole life but appears this one lead a more Pura Vida life. The body is in great shape with some surface rust, nice patina with few spots in the fender with some minor issues. Nothing not common on a 40 year old truck. It starts great, drives great and the transmission and brakes are all in good order. Feel free to ask any questions and as always I can arrange shipping. Sorry for less than great photos, this one is in our storage behind 5 more cruisers and did not have time to move outside. Better quality pics to come.

1977 BJ40 SOLD

We have acquired more amazing finds including a 1977 FJ45 In amazing shape with rare F engine in Costa Rica, BJ40 and many others. We even have a Troopy so if interested contact me. We have AAA restored cars, unmolested barn finds and basic solid Land Cruisers for all budgets. As always, come visit us and drive one for yourself.

I am helping a customer sell one of his personal Land Cruisers to make room for a HJ45 full restoration we are finishing.

This BJ42LV-KW European Spec went under a 2 year full restoration. The pictures speak to the amount of time and attention to detail involved in the restoration. The chassis is as clean and shiny as the body! This BJ42 was imported from Italy to Costa Rica and sold to my client and restored. It is a 2 owner car.

BJ42's are increasingly harder to find and this one in particular is the cleanest cruiser I have seen in costa rica. I would say it ranks up there with some of the best I have seen in the USA as well. I have seen very few Euro spec BJ42's over the years. Euro spec cruisers had the lift up tail gate, spare tire carrier on the passenger side and larger black side mirrors. We have the European spec side mirrors but our client preferred the OEM NAS mirrors. No expense was spared on this BJ42 and will be happy to take any photos needed, answer any questions or feel free to fly to Costa Rica to see for yourself. We will be happy to show you our other projects/land cruisers, his car collection and some beautiful places in Costa Rica.

We can help with the entire export and import of this cruiser including white glove service.

*The 1984 in the pic is not for sell as of now but he may listen to offers. He prefers to keep this as it has Factory AC and enjoys that creature comfort in Costa Rica.
