Water pump bolt torque

The FSM (Factory Service Manual) says 15 ft lbs, but personally I don't torque those, partly because I coat the bolts with a light thread locker/sealer (to prevent corrosion) which changes the torque needed (less by ?15%) so I do it by feel.

I use a smaller/shorter ratchet wrench (less leverage) and tighten until snug, resisting the urge to crank on them until they snap. They don't have to be gorilla tight particularly when using a new metal gasket (recommended by Toyota).

Try a search in the 80 forum for FSM free download one helluva price, or similar words, and download a digital copy of the FSM for your model year.
