Saw this pic posted on NPR app regarding a governor in Yemen that was reportedly killed by Isis. Was this once an armored LC?

Looks like it, if you zoom in, you can see faintly the Toyota logo on the back.

Looks like a fully armored Cruiser.
I briefly rode in one in Jalalabad, Afghanistan.
That smaller back window is what was on it. Window material was SUPER thick.
Even as a passenger you could FEEL how incredibly HEAVY the thing was.

I doubt it. Even a Stryker can be killed by an RPG if it doesn't have added slat armor. Vulnerable to rpgs:
