Warn Winch Parts

The part number for the socket on the "universal" control pack for most Warn winches is PN 34491.

Warn does not offer the plug on the end of the remote as a separate part - has anyone found a plug that plugs into the socket?

OR - does anyone have a broken remote control they don't want

Most repairs I've seen have been made by using the little round trailer socket plug ends.

I have a remote that I broke the wire between the plug and the handheld part. It is the style with the 3 pins not the new 5? pins.

Don't want to ruin a deal here but you can easily fix that. Just get a 16gauge extentions cord and replace the wire with it. The toggle switch popps out of the handle and the connector is not hard to replace.

It was actually my bosses when I ruined it so I bought him a new one instead of piecing it back together. It was just thrown in my misc drawer in my toolbox for the just in case scenario. My 8274 came with its own controller so this is just extra and I am actually going to wire in an in-cab control anyhow.

Cover shipping and it is yours. I can mail it out Monday (when I go home for Thanksgiving). I let you know how much it is when I ship it. Heck I'll just ship you the whole remote in it's two pieces.
