WANTED: looking for owner of abandoned FJ60

i know this is a long shot...but I stopped by Landcruiser Northwest today and talked with Tony about my pursuit of an FJ60/62. In the process of talking with him - he mentioned a couple different trucks that have been left by their owners.

probably a major long shot - but there's a dude name Dave Johnson that has white FJ60 - he's maybe a truck driver, and maybe lives on a house boat in Vancouver WA (the FJ does have washington plates)

truck has been sitting at LCNW for a year - it's not running - and the owner is not responding to any calls from the shop. truck is decent...and i'd like to buy it from him.

any chance this is a small enough community that someone knows this character so I can buy this truck?

Not sure how Washington works but normally if a vehicle is left over a period of time and do not respond, the shop can apply for a mechanics lien and ultimately own the car after the dmv attempts to contact owner.

It takes FOREVER in WA- if you know a towtruck driver, you can speed things up considerably...
