I just compared the two. You can see that the 1990-1993 version on my cruiser has a more chrome-metallic like appearance with chrome around the lettering... while the 60230 is more flat all around (no chrome).

(Yes I know my cruiser is dirty at the moment)....

75441-60230 is the part number I found for the badge also. Looks like the one on my 77 except more of a gold color.

I had to go back and look at some old photos to verify mine was also a gold color.
