Howdy, everyone. My wife and I just finished living in this truck for ~3 years as we drove through North/Central/South America. We are selling "Wilbur" our 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser with ~250,000 miles (400,000 km). It's ready to continue on another overland adventure and you'll have everything you need included in the vehicle. We purchased the truck (completely stock) in 2016 with 193,000 miles (310,000 km) and have performed all the customizations on it ourselves (garages installed the suspension and skid plates and such). I am the owner of the vehicle and it is licensed in Washington state. The title is free and clear.

The price we are asking is $13,900 USD. I will get to the specifics shortly, but I want to comment on how we setup the truck. Our goal was to be rather minimalist and unobtrusive while being secure and completely totally self-contained for days at a time in remote areas. The general condition of the truck is very good. There is a very small amount of surface rust on the bottom but nothing on the frame or serious, it was only driven in the northwest US where salt is rarely used on the roads, and during our trip. No mechanical issues. We solved some minor ones during the trip and I have records of everything. Happy to go into detail with those who are interested and serious. We are the fourth owners and have records of the three previous owners and driving/service history.

Custom features;

- 2x100w Renogy solar panels mounted on a custom aluminum roof frame. These are run through the engine compartment into a charge controller (mounted inside the passenger side of the cab, you can see it in the pictures) and then back into the charging system of the truck

- ARB drawers in the back, then custom made aluminum frame with "lids" to extend bed platform/storage for entire rear of vehicle. I'm 6 foot/1.8m and it's plenty of room to sleep

- Dual batteries. Primary AGM deep cycle (with more than enough CCA to serve as primary/starting battery) which is charged via solar panels and alternator. Second, totally isolated battery (can be merged into main vehicle circuit for charging/jump starting with a switch) mounted in second battery tray

- Old Man Emu Heavy Duty suspension (currently set to stock height of vehicle, but you can have it lifted if you wish - it was never needed for us)

- Slee steel belly skid plate

- Rock sliders (Rocky Road)

- ARB front bull far and modular rear bumpers

- Toyo AT2 tires with about 30,000 miles of tread left

Gear included is everything you will need to start your trip immediately, with a couple of minor exceptions for hygiene reasons (water containers & some dishes were very worn):

- ARB 35qt fridge

- Air compressor

- Tire puncture kit

- Full tool kit and toolbox with everything you need to fix just about everything in the truck

- Factory Service Manual (in digital form)

- Fire extinguisher, safety triangle, vests, etc

- Electrical tester, air pressure tester, etc

- Dishes, knives, forks, spoons, cups, locking tupperware, etc

- Water purification pen (we never used it, easy to get potable water everywhere)

- Rechargeable waterproof LED shop light

- Inverter

- Two memory foam folding mattresses (we used these for ~3 years and they are still great, but easy to replace if you want)

- Trangia stove (uses alcohol fuel, cheap and easy to get anywhere in the Americas)

- Two hammocks

- Camping chair (the other one broke two weeks ago, good timing)

- Solar shower (never used)

- 12v vacuum cleaner (used a lot, we kept our home clean)

- HiLift jack, mount and straps (never used)

I'm including a few pictures here but you can see a lot more details about the gear and photos of our home on wheels at All About Wilbur and https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/wilburthetruck/

Please let me know if you have any questions.
