Hi! Did you ever get this resolved? Having the exact same issue. For years the VSC lights and CEL would go on after a hard rain for a day (or less), but they've been on since last week.. Today my "P" light began staying lit while in drive/reverse/etc.. Getting the codes read this weekend but any insight would be appreciated! I got my sunroof drain lines cleared a few months ago so I don't believe it's water leaking in? Ugh.

Leaking water around the sunroof seal was causing my issue. Cleared the drains and still was experiencing it. Remove the black plastic sunroof trim pieces and you'll see some drips of water if the seal is leaking. Replaced it and no issues since!

Thanks! That's probably it.. damn sunroof. Checking it out in the AM!

I had the same problem after driving in rain the other day, in addition I also have the C1340 open circuit in center diff lock signal. Refreshed the codes and going to drive it again see if it pops back or not.

Other codes are C0200 C0205 C1201 C1223

I had this problem pop up yesterday, along with my door locks locking and unlocking, rapid-fire, while driving. Very strange.

Some things to consider:
-- I have owned this 2003 LC w 241K miles on it, since early May.
-- I have an aftermarket windshield and I know it leaks down into the footwells. It hasn't rained here since I bought the Cruiser, but I know it leaks because I saw it happen after the first time I took it to the car wash, but that was weeks ago. After the car wash the hazard lights came on without me using the button and wouldn't turn off, even when the Cruiser was turned off. I disconnected the fuse for the hazards and once everything fully dried out, it went back to normal.
-- I deleted my VSC, by grounding the wire from the connector, no switch was installed.
-- Sometimes, but not always, my P light stays on when I am in Drive.

I disconnected the battery yesterday. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, reconnected it and drove the Cruiser around for about 5 min and everything was back to normal. Real head-scratcher.....
