VIN Decoding and value - A real challenge (1 Viewer)

I have what I think is either a 1998 or 1999 Land Cruiser 105 series. I'm not sure of the year due to the vehicle having a unique VIN that doesn't follow the script.

VIN: JT711PJA507013792

There shouldn't be a zero in the 10th place! I can't figure it out.

Can anyone help? What year is this and can I import it to the US this year? Also I'd be curious about its approximate value in the States if anyone has a ballpark...

Built in 9/1999. So can't be imported until 9/2024.

How did you determine this? At one point I thought I had it narrowed down to Jan. 98 but I can't seem to find that source anymore.
