Your rear bumper on the 4Runner is awesome, and I can't wait to be able to get one for my 100! I've looked at so many and none of them have the versatility of your designs. The Bomb-Proof Hinges are a nice touch too.

I'm not in a hurry, but when do you guys expect to have the front and rear bumpers available? I know times are weird at the moment, so I don't expect it to be anytime soon.

Any words on the rear bumper dev for the 100/LX?
Cheers mates,

Seems like @Victory 4x4 isn't monitoring this account much.

I emailed them to ask about shipping and the possibilty of any intro discounts as they stated they would earlier this year in this thread.

The good news: response via email was really quick so I imagine you may be able to get an update on the rear bumper development that way. Please post here if anyone learns anything.

The bad news: Victory told me they have no plans to do any sales this year. Definitely a bummer since they stated they would earlier this year in this thread. Their reasoning is sound, as they are already behind in production due to strong demand, but it's still disappointing for them to say that and then pull back from it.

They seem like a solid Toyota 4x4 company with (in my opinion) really great designs. Hopefully they will continue to develop for Land Cruisers and be a more and more active supporter of this community.

Thanks for taking the steps @TheAshenWolf , it seems this Plandemic has taken it's toll on small businesses out there. I also believe there are a lot of folks holding short on large dollar rig investment until after November. 🤔

Cheers mate,

Sorry, I was monitoring via e-mail notification and was missing them. You are 100% correct though if anyone has questions, e-mail or phone will always be the fastest - info@victory4x4.com or 269.459.8447

Correct on no sales for the rest of the year, although we may do an add-on or freebie type deal for Black Friday, still not sure. We have a pretty large backlog and a sale would only add to that. We need to get the open orders down to a reasonable point first.

We've been through a few revisions, but we are getting close 👍

@Victory 4x4 is there a ih8mud discount for the rear molle panels? Looking to purchase one.

🇺🇲 👍

I’m curious about the rear window molle panels as well. I see there’s a review that states “if you have an older 100 series, you will not be able to mount this on the driver side. The new and older models have different handle bar orientations. This panel will work for handle bars that point downwards, NOT side ways.”

Is that still the case?

Yes, in the description of this product we state, " These currently only fit models with the downward grab handle as pictured in our product photos. If you have an outward-facing handle (earlier Land Cruiser models,) these panels will not mount at this time."

We need to find an earlier 100 in the area to update this product.

One step further @molonlabemike ... Has there ever been any interest generated to doing your bumpers in aluminum? How much interest, number interested, would it take for this to be possible?

Aluminess saved the FBI Critical Incident Response Group and the Laboratory a significant number of pounds in the weight department so we could load more kit on our crisis response fly-away Quigley 4x4 converted vans. May be worth the fact finding if it's doable from your manufacturing end? I would be very interested to preserve my AHC suspension but have the recovery and load bearing capacity options using your bumper templates.

Cheers mates,
G

Is there any reason the Molle panels are made out of steel Over aluminum?

Cost mostly, but we certainly could do it in aluminum. The rear window MOLLEs in steel are like 7lbs per side. Aluminum would save maybe half that.

We do offer many of our bumpers, including the 100 series fronts in aluminum. The rears are trickier just because of the kinds of loads they see with heavy stuff bouncing off the carriers.

Once’s equals pounds, pounds equal pain! I think it would great to have it as an option. My buddies GX molle panels are heavy as hell for no reason. Not sure on brand for what it’s worth
