1998 100 series with 175k on it. Getting bad vibration once I hit speeds of 45-50+ mph. Only vibrates when foot is on gas. 4 wheel parts center thinks it's motor or trans mounts. Any thoughts?

At lower speeds run in a lower gear to increase RPm and see if it happens still.
So look at your rev counter, what does it say at 50mph and the vibration starts?
Drop into 2nd gear and run up to that rpm and see if it still happens.
Mine does the same thing since I've owned it for the last 2 years or so and it feels to me like the drive shaft is out of phase. Gets a pretty good hum/vibration at highway speeds but I can start feeling it at 45-50mph and builds from there. Almost feels like one cylinder has a slight misfire but no codes which is why I was thinking driveline.
Ok tried that and it doesn't happen at same rpm. It only does it at higher speeds.
Ok. So now you know it is not a motor mount, it is something else. Tires would be my bet.
Find a shop that does high speed wheel balancing.
My initial inclination was for a driveshaft but once they mentioned tires, get them balanced. I will say tho, if it is causing vibration in the steering wheel (shaking side to side) then yes, likely to be tires. If the vibration is from the body and comes with a clunk, likely drive shaft. Rear tire vibration will not be felt in the steering wheel but unless a wheel is bent or way out of balance, it won’t be as prevolent at 45mph, not to the point of shaking the car.
I currently have bad CV that is doing something similar. Just vibrating under certain loads at certain RPMs its very odd. Just something else to consider.
As Spike555 said - where you're feeling the vibration (steering wheel vs butt) can be pretty accurate. But, in my experience, it stops there - just identifying which end is vibrating, e.g. not whether it's tires vs u-joints vs imbalanced driveshaft vs CVs, etc.
If the vibration only comes when you're on the gas - even a little - that (again, from my experience) points to the drivetrain - like the CVs.
About a year ago, I had the same thing - vibration but only when I was on the gas. It didn't take much - like just holding 60mph on a very slight incline was enough. But if lifted my foot at all, the vibration disappeared. The vibration was showing up in the steering wheel. Finding that vibration was a HUGE pain in the ass...
- Inspection showed front driveshaft was dented (clearly kissed a rock). It was removed and balanced. Did not solve vibration
- Tires were rotated and rebalanced - because it's easy and free (thanks Discount Tire). Did not solve vibration
- CVs were replaced with reman Toyota CVs - truck had 100,000k, CVs showed some wear so it seemed the likely culprit. But, did not solve the vibration
- T-case was removed and inspected. Did not solve vibration
- Front dif was replaced with a NEW Toyota dif. That's worth repeating. A NEW dif. There was nothing left to vibrate. Did not solve vibration
- Old dif was put back (new dif was cleaned and restocked.. whew!)
- Right front CV - a new one - was replaced again. Vibration GONE.
Just bad luck - replaced a worn CV with a poorly reman'ed CV, netting the same vibration.
