I stumbled on these while looking for Vgate OBD2 readers. Anyone seen these or used them?

First time I'm seeing these.
Bigger is not always better. Each of those terminals has a boatload of bolts that you'd have to keep an eye on to make sure they're not coming loose. Personally, I wouldn't want to do that.
Furthermore, if you have so many electrical accessories to want that many separate connection points, you should probably be using a fuse or fuse+relay block, and not running 20 separate wires to the battery terminals.

Highly recommend BlueSea SafetyHub 100/150 instead of a bunch of stuff mounted directly to terminal
