Valve Grind Gasket Kit

Looking for a head gasket kit for my LC. The headgasket is seeping very slowly along the passenger side midway along the length of the block.

Anyhooo.... what is a "Valve Grind" kit relative to a regular gasket kit?
Are there some type of tools in this kit?

Found that the gasket kit for a '94, PN:04112-66032 has been superceded by PN:04112-66035. Are these "Valve Grind" gasket kits?

The valve grind kit is a gasket set that has all the gaskets necessary to take the head off, do a valve job, and reassemble everything. This will only be engine gaskets though... there will likely be more bits and peices that you will need. If you are planning a headgasket job, send CDan a pm. He has supplied many people here with the parts for a headgasket job and will be able to give you a complete list of everything you will need.
