The underside must be about to fall apart with rust for that price. It does look like perhaps it was pulled behind an RV or something. There are under bumper brackets visible in the picture of the front. I would expect an 03 with under 200k to be in the low/mid 10s.

In June, someone from San Francisco asking 17k on mud for an 03 with 183k pretty much stock truck. In August someone from Charleston was asking 13k for a 470 with 287k on the clock.

Looking for a 100 myself as well, but won't be ready to buy until next spring, but I'm tracking prices now so I'll know when a good deal hits.

No rear locker, but it looks super clean! It does seem suspiciously low priced for a dealer, but I would definitely check it out!

Being a long time Virginia resident, I can tell you to generally avoid cars being sold from Fredericksburg (unless from an official 1st party dealership). Same goes for cars from Chantilly, lots of shady cars pass through these two areas and I wouldn't pick up a car from these parts of VA. They're priced lower for a reason, often because they are masking title problems, accidents, etc.

I appreciate that info. Is there are particular reason that those two towns are having those issues relative to the rest of the state or general area?
