Well I am going to sell my last FJ40 since it is to small for the family. I am going to put it on Ebay soon but I wanted you guys to have first shot.

It is a 76 that was converted by Dave Gore at Renegade and has the following:

TBI 350 V8 Installed as a new long block from GM. has newer serpentine accessory drive.
700R4 auto overdrive trans
Dana 300 t-case with the flush yoke for max drive line length
Dana 60 rear axle with Landcuruiser spindes and LC disc brakes
P\S with shackle reversal
PDB x 4 all 76 LC discs and calipers
A\C that actually works in the summer
Extra lage custom aluminum radiator with shroud
4.88 gears w\ Air Lockers
2 fuel tanks
CB and Ham radios
Beards seats
4" rear and 2 1/2 front Skyjacker softride springs
Rancho 9000's
HD front bumper
Swing away tire and cooler on HD rear bumper
Front Renegade grill guard
Rear Renegade bumper guard
Side HD rock sliders
35x12.50x15 on chrome spoke wheels

Lots more but this is the major stuff. First class rig made to go to Baja exploring but kids have temporarily detered me.

It also comes with some spare parts:
Original soft top tailgate
Extra Dana 300 in good condition
One new in the box Arizona Mobil Air A\C system less compressor. These were designed and built here in Phoenix and I think they are the best 40 A\C system ever made. One is also installed in the 40. These were the last 2 ever made by AMA.

The pictures don't show all the garages. I wish I had half that much garage space.

I've seen this cruiser when I bought the other 76 he had. This is a great looking cruiser. Anyone who knows Dave Gore's work would know how well this cruiser is put together. Blair was a great guy to deal with too.

Well I never did get around to selling this. I am going to try again. It is in Camp Verde. $14,000.00 Has not been used other than a few miles around town since I posted it before.

No really, I dont blame you. I had to talk myself out of finding a way to buy this 40. Afterall, next to Landcruiser Phils, its set up just the way that makes me tingle

A technically well executed, Dune tan in color, hardtop, Injected V8, 4 wheel discs, upgraded seats, Air conditioning, and tastefully lifted with 35's. Just makes me warm all over talking about it.

But alas, we already have 3 vehicles, a trailer and only a 2 car garage. Sometime reality takes a day or two to get through my skull...

Oh yeah and the matter of the 5 figure$

Keep those good vibes comin guys!! I have always wanted to build a 40 like this. I have put a lot of work into my 80 and love it ,but something about a 40, excuse me, a well built 40 that can't be beat. Luckily for me my wife knows I have wanted one for a long time and likes the fact that all of my free time won't be wrenching. Anyway, I have still not heard back so I am taking it for what it is.
