Having trouble finding a good set of FZJ80 wheels to put on my 62, so for the sake of keeping my options open, I was looking up wheel specs for the UZJ100 and the FJ Cruiser. Unfortunately, the Google machine wasn't very helpful. All I could find out was that one of the FJC options was 17x7.5", but I couldn't find any info on backspace, or any info at all on the UZJ100 wheels. Anyone know what the available wheel sizes were for these two?

Yep, no go on the 100 series. Mine is 6x5.5.

Still having trouble finding legit specs for the FJC wheels....

here are some specs of 5th gen 4Runner wheels. Some are shared with FJC

Ooohhh good reference. I'll be saving that for future use. I'm still really hoping for good (or at least serviceable) FZJ80 wheels, but now at least I know there are other options if it just doesn't pan out.

If you want FZJ80 wheels just get a beat up set and have them powder coated to your liking. Probably cheaper than looking for a set of newer FJC or 4R wheels.

Example of mine. After they started to show their age I had the powder coater freshen them up.

Exactly what I want to do. Only real problem is that it's a crapshoot getting your hands on a decent set here. There are exactly two at the local wrecker and they're corroded and pitted as hell. Considering 4Runner or FJC wheels is just a backup option that I can keep in mind if I just can't get my hands on a set of 80 wheels.

But yes you're exactly right the 80 wheels are much cheaper than 4Runner or FJC wheels.

Hey good point. I didn't even stop to think of that.
