Hi All,
I have a 2019 Landcruiser Sahara and the front parking sensors are not really picking up objects directly in front of the car. They work fine for the front corners, but I really thought the range would overlap and pickup things directly in front too. I know there is a front camera, but its not convenient to always have to push the button to bring up the camera screen when parking. I like how the rear sensors pickup everything right across the board.
I saw a few posts about adding extra sensors etc, but I was just wondering if anyone knows whether there is a setting in Techstream which can "recalibrate" the range of the front sensors? Maybe they were designed to cover the whole front bumper but mine are out of alignment or something? I am not sure.
I just think its strange that a car like this does not have the ability to sense a pole (for example) directly in front of the car.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks
