Anyone use their compressor to regularly top off their white-water or fishing raft? Wondering if there are any pitfalls I'm not thinking about besides a longer hose and finding the right adapter.

I’ve seen Chris Schontz do it on Venture4wd several times with a Pack Raft inflatable. I’ve been wondering about the SUP, mostly about the adapter, so thanks @grinchy

I miss my on-board air. It’s amazing how often you use it with other cars and when going out to the lake or river to air toys up. Gotta get this done before summer hits. You could always get a good portable, such as a Dobinson.

Oddly enough I still use the portable unit specifically made for my inflatable SUP over the ARB dual compressor I have under the hood. I have used the ARB quite a few times but the majority of the time it was for other peoples flats/repairs. I can't see having a properly built off-road vehicle without one.

I got the adapter off Amazon for $5. Just buy the one that matches your boat. I took the valve core out of the Schraeder side to maximize airflow and use the sup pop up valve. It’s tricky but much faster

Now you're talking.
