We'll be there Sat. night. I've got post-hole diggers, sledge, a tamper, a tow chain, etc. If anyone's got a large water cooler (Orange Coleman type) I'd bring it....

I will see if I can take one from one of my crews. Probably not a bad idea to just buy one for the club, could use it at the OBX

Sorry if I missed the post, but does anyone have a line on a large (pull behind?) auger?

edit:
Read post 60 and maybe not needed since it's only going to be 4 guard rails (don't know about number of posts). But, if anyone has a one person gas auger, it might be worth bringing for a #2. Based on the hard ground, we definitely don't want to use a post hole digger...

Gary and I will be there Saturday and camp that night. Working on him for Friday night, but probably not. I have firewood.

Oh yeah, would it be beneficial for us to bring Gary's 4wheeler? To make quick trips on the trail or such? Don't want to hassle with bringing it if it won't be of use.

i wont be able to make it till lunchtime due to some family commitments, will it be a problem to meet you guys on the trail. Will i be able to drive down the trail or will i have to walk it?

greg do you have any info on camp sites? i was wanting to park the camper before meeting on the trail for work.

Gary and I are now going to be there Fri and Sat night. Anyone else rolling in on Fri?

I'm in a quandary. Mikaela's "last" volleyball tournament is Sat also. When I say last, it means her final opportunity to play with her club volleyball team since she will be in college next year.

Of course, she gave the typical "its fine dad, its not that big of a deal". We all know when one of the women in your life say that, it IS a big deal.

So, I've got to find a way to manage both of these events. Since the volleyball tourney is in Statesville, I'm thinking of doing as much as I can on Sat @ URE before noon then heading up to Statesville for the afternoon matches in the VB tourney.

So, thats the plan as I sit now, hopefully, it will come together as presently planned...

Don't worry about not having them they have been reserved based on the numbers that responded on here, if you didn't respond it's likely you don't have a campsite. I will have site numbers in the morning, I left a message with Janet earlier today and she was going to put signs our for us.
