Upstate Cruisers Christmas Party December 10th

Please put the date on your calendar. Chris & Jodi Eby @ceby (club secretary) have graciously offered up their home in Pelham Falls for the party. Will look to gather at 5pm with a photo of all the vehicles together before it gets dark. The club will provide the meat and we will ask everyone who can attend to post up with signing up to bring a side and dessert or appetizer. If only 1-2 in your family are attending, sign up for one, if 3 or more, please sign up for 2 items and have enough for about 8-10 folks. BYO drinks but will have bottled water and CFA Tea & Lemonade.
We will also do a White Elephant Gift Exchange. Bring a wrapped gift with a value of no more than $20 and this can be humorous ( I have seen a 4' tall plastic Frosty, Santa toilet seat cover, velvet Elvis poster, singing mounted fish, pooping reindeer, lighted praying hands) or functional like a gift card, scented candle, bottle of wine, etc. No name on the gift, just bring a gift to participate so it can be one gift per family or one gift per person in the family and then each member will get a number to select a gift from the pile or "steal" a gift that's already been opened. But a gift can only be stolen 3 times after being opened and then it's safe/dead.

Dignitaries from other clubs are always welcome! I'm sure we can find you a place to stay.....I'd invite you to stay with us but with oldest married daughter and son in law living with us it's a bit cramped according to youngest daughter! Would love to have you.....

I've been a member for 6 months or so now, but due to my work schedule I have not been able to make it to any of the events. I will be in town for the Christmas party, and would like to ride up there. I would be brining my wife and two young daughters if that's OK.

I have an extra queen bed and a twin size futon in the bonus room up for grabs and plenty of land if anyone feels like roughing it.....be tropical compared to balsam knob.
